My apologies to Chuck Palahniuk (and if you happen to read this—you rock!), but here you are, one more year passed and no closer to the person you wanted to be when you set those goals.

Believe me, I get this—in fact, these are some of the things that have happened in the past year that I have let get in the way of my goals.  I’m sharing this with you not because I’m proud of the barriers I’m facing, but rather to show you that even fitness pros like myself that do this every day struggle with daily life.

It’s also a fact of life that there are a million reasons not to do something, but there is only one reason to actually do something. 
This is where I come in—I’m the guy that makes you get out of bed in the morning and do your workout. 
I’m the guy that you’re going to have to show that food log to—and explain the contents.
